Our Program

Each year, Leadership Rochester's signature adult program identifies 35-45 emerging and existing leaders each year and brings them together for monthly sessions with key leaders to discuss the significant issues affecting Rochester and Monroe County. Participants in this dynamic, tuition based, 9 month program represent a diverse cross section of private, non- profit, government and faith based sectors of the community.  Modeled after our adult program, the high school youth program provides a very condensed highlight version of our adult program.

Leadership Rochester’s unique format makes Rochester and Monroe County the classroom. Programs are strategically designed to move to unique locations to give participants a comprehensive look at our community along with influential organizations and individuals that shape our region.
